Salon Policies & Legal Terms

1. Cancellation & 50% Deposit Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking and credited towards your service. Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for changes. Late cancellations (<24h) forfeit the 50% deposit. No-shows are charged 100% of the booked service fee. Arrivals >15 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled.

2. Privacy Policy (Privacy Act 1988 Cth)

We collect only personal and health/allergy details required to safely perform your treatments and manage bookings. We never sell client data. Contact Boutiquenailssunbury@gmail.com to access or update your records.

3. Terms of Service (State of Victoria)

All prices are in AUD. We accept Credit Cards (Stripe/Square) and Bank Transfers. Clients must disclose any allergies prior to treatment. Governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
